This graph-paper notebook is made with Tomoe River paper, opens completely flat, and the printing comes in four different colors across the book. The cover features a botanical illustration of the Yamazakura cherry tree, chosen by Dr. Makino as a representative flower of Japan. Drawn around 120 years ago during the Meiji era, this is one of Dr. Makino’s most iconic works. It can also be used with a Hobonichi Techo A5 Cousin-size cover.
